Shipping

All of our products normally ship 4-6 weeks after an order is received. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about expedited production.

Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your order being received or delivered

  • The furniture must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging

  • After inspection, if the product is returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund less a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all non-trial items.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment

  • Please include all original packing materials in the return

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Warranty

Our furniture includes a 10 year warranty.  During the warranty period, Dovecote Architectural Furnishings will repair or replace any  covered item which fails under normal use as a result of a manufacturing defect.
